I rented my first Zipcar last week, and I'm totally smitten. The
entire customer experience from registration to reservation, from pick-
up to drop-off was carefully thought out. Right down to the audio jack
cable that was thoughtfully included for connecting your driving tunes
to the stereo.
By the way, in case you aren't aware, this is a screenshot from the Zipcar iPhone app that lets you lock, unlock and locate your Zipcar by blowing its horn, all remotely.
